Every order begins with a licensed physician reviewing your intake and prescription. Once approved, your order is sent to our licensed pharmacy partner for fulfillment. Most orders are processed within a few business days.

The Pharmacy Hub is a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy that supports prescription fulfillment in all 50 U.S. states.
Tracking
As soon as your shipment leaves the pharmacy, we'll email you a tracking number. It's typically active within 24 hours.
Cold chain medications
GLP-1's, peptides, and most injectables ship in insulated packaging via 2-day delivery in cooler months and overnight during warmer weather to maintain proper temperature in transit. Oral tablets, sublingual drops, and other non-refrigerated products ship 2-day standard.
Discreet packaging
Every order arrives in a plain, unmarked box. No clinical branding, no prescription details visible from the outside, just a clean box at your door.
Timing
Orders aren't processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. Delivery timelines can vary based on pharmacy processing, weather, and carrier operations. If there's ever a significant delay, we'll reach out by email.
