Transmission of PHI

We ensure that any electronic transmission of PHI complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Rule (45 CFR 164), including the use of Secure-Socket Layer (SSL) or equivalent technology for the transmission of PHI, and adherence to all applicable security standards for online transmissions of PHI.

General Data Collection and Use

In addition to PHI, we collect and process the following categories of personal information when you use foundyouth.com:

  • Contact details — your name, address, billing/shipping address, phone number, and email
  • Payment information — payment card details, transaction details, and payment confirmations (processed securely through our payment processors)

Children's Data

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We'll post the revised version on this website and update the effective date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Complaints

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with our Privacy Officer at support@foundyouth.com or with the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint.
